Reviving the past, revisiting the old movies, discovering our culture and heritage, preserving our Memory and saving our country’s film heritage is among the Fondation Liban Cinema’s objectives.
As part of its mission, Fondation Liban Cinema, in partnership with BankMed and le Yacht Club Beirut, promoted the movie posters collection of Lebanese private collector Abboudi Abou Jaoudi and supported the release of his book under the same theme.
More than 200 posters of old Lebanese movies as well as movies that were filmed in Lebanon, belonging to the early days of cinema and until 1970 were exhibited during this event.
During “هذا المساء ” exhibition we were able to travel back in time and meet Fayrouz, Sabah, Samira Toufic, Shoushou and their friends, and got to know them all over again.
