His exelency the Minister of Culture M.Ghassan Salamé and his excellency the Belgian ambassador in Lebanon M.Arnout Pauwels were present as Fondation Liban Cinema explained the details of this agreement to Lebanese filmmakers and professionals. This agreement is the second of its nature in Lebanon, and was negotiated by Fondation Liban Cinema and the Centre du cinéma et de l’audiovisuel-FWB.
