Arzé steals her sister’s bracelet to buy a scooter for her son to deliver the pies she bakes, her only source of income. However, the scooter is stolen, and a desperate journey ensues as she drags her son all over Beirut in search of it. They become embroiled in the city’s complex sectarianism. As tensions rise and family secrets are revealed, finding the scooter is at stake, and so is the family’s unity.
