Fondation Liban Cinema was proud to present an avant-première of Cyril Aris’ latest film, A sad and beautiful world in presence of the writer/director, producer Georges Schoucair, and script consultant Antoine Waked.
The trio discussed every step of the creation of the film, from idea to the screen – discussing how Fondation Liban Cinema’s support has helped make this film a reality.
From writing workshop, to writing residency, to co-production platform and finally production funding, Cyril’s film was selected in several stages of its production, which came in as a boost of support to help complete the film.
